the breakfast was excellent, i was able to order vegetarian sausages. staff were lovely. the interiors were very nice quality. the outside garden was beautiful and the views of surrey hills were amazing.

the room was very cramped for two people. it was difficult to pass each other. the room was very hot, but a fan was provided.

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel seems better than a 3-star rating. 4 Stars better reflects it.

The window was not shutting properly in my room. The door lock was not working correctly either. The shower was not suitable for a person of 6ft height.

the room had a good size. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fresh (i was happy with the cleanliness). food prices seemed reasonable and all staff members were lovely. the menu had a good selection of food. i also appreciated the free parking and tesla charging station.

i found that the swimming pool floor had a coarse sand texture. the water also felt greasy to me. i understand the jacuzzi is awaiting refurbishment but the overall pool condition needs attention.

I found the staff to be less than attentive, particularly at reception. my request for a late checkout was met with considerable resistance. the spa facilities were also disappointing. The steam room was out of service , a significant drawback.

The breakfast was lovely. The room was a nice size and temperature. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, this i liked.

The steam room and jacuzzi were not working. That only leaves the pool and sauna. The service for our evening meal wasn't the best as our food arrived before our drinks and I had to ask for them.
